Trello boards make it easy to organise and prioritise projects and tasks.
Trello boards are easy to design and manage. You have the choice of designing a new board from scratch or selecting an example from the many different templates. The boards are based on the Kanban principle, which has its origins in project management. Tasks are visualised to limit "work-in-progress" tasks and increase efficiency in the workflow. The so-called list names or column names can be assigned as desired (e.g. Open Tasks, In Progress, Done). List elements, also called cards, contain predefined attributes and can be extended as desired. Created cards can simply be dragged and dropped into the corresponding columns to organise them.
Any number of people can be added to a Kanban board to enable collaboration. Members can work simultaneously on the Kanban board, create, edit and move cards, etc.
