Startup enthusiasts can create a profile request via our website (Bubble) within one minute. We then invite the talents to a personal meeting and together we get the best out of their profile. When publishing the profile, we do without the classic CV, because we place a lot of value on personality. With photos, videos, voicemails and quotes, your personality really comes into its own in the profile. But also experience and professional skills are presented in such a way that it becomes clear in which areas startup enthusiasts can add value to the startup from day 1. The completed profiles end up in our pool, which our startup partners can access to fill their positions.
All data is entered into Airtable and appears in real time in our talent pool. With Pory, we have built our password-protected talent pool with a search and filter function. Startups who have been given access through us can filter by their needs (type of employment, area of expertise & availability), find suitable startup enthusiasts for their open positions & request contact details to invite them for an interview.
